First house I hit. Good air, not a bad upper floor. It had a garage attached to the house, and a shop of sorts at the back of the property that loosely connects to the driveway prettywell. The basement did it for me, as it had a bar with a marble counter that looks to have been salvaged and 2 couches, 2 TVs. ALAS, it has no power, but it MIGHT have water, I just didnt want to leave the tap on to see. I have no knowledge of the former owner/owners.
