Hazards of Are You Alive Sir??

Air Quality - No air flow, not moldy YET but the asbestos is present and exposed.

Neighbors - Has some across the road, and one SUPER close to the left side (looking at the front).

Animals & Insects - Oh yes. Cobwebby.

History of Are You Alive Sir??

Its an older house. This is part of a proposal that the LRT has had since around the time it was put into place. I cant say if a developer owns this, or if the City or Region own it.

About 1.5-2 years ago, I was walking past this place with someone I used to know and we had to stop. There was an old man in his truck in the driveway…We finished the joint that we had and then had a cigarette all while watching the man. He never moved. At all. So we debated poking him ect and in the end we kinda ended up startling him awake as we checked to make sure he was still alive. He didnt look great. I always wondered WHY he was sleeping in his truck and now that I saw a crooked board and got off the LRT to check this out, I now know why.

Being boarded for only a few months, the conditions in this place were beyond even what a group of squatters can acccomplish. I cant say for sure, but I think he passed on the bed with the telephone on it due to the mess and the greyish coloring to it. The washroom and even the rest of this place was filthy. I cant even comprehend the conditions this man was living in until the time that led up to this shoot. So gross. UGH. Old man was sleeping in his truck due to the absolute infestation of Bed Bugs that I came across the aftermath of. Ick. I came across another house that had a Bed Bug infestation (both presumably had been sprayed as all were dead that I saw) and this place might have been worse than the last. I came across a cockroach infestation in a house too, and it had been sprayed too. Gnarly.
