There was several broken windows on the site. Currently, there seems to be construction crews on the site painting over the graffiti and the site may likely no longer abandoned. I am unsure of the status of the abandonment or any demolition, but the graffiti which was the interesting subject of my photographs is now gone.
This site is close to a neighbouring house, and backs up onto the Trans Canada Highway 417 westbound.
I am unsure of the history of this building in particular as it has been hard to find information. From what I can assume from the remaining signage of the building, it once belonged to the company Thermotech fiberglass fenestration, which from what I can find seems to be a manufacturer of fiberglass products such as doors and windows.
Today, the building and trailers on site are surrounded by old window frames, wood, and building materials. The exterior has been covered in many graffiti and tags.
I first saw this site driving on the highway and found the graffiti to be an interesting photo subject, also indicating the abandoned state of the building. We did not enter the site as most entry points were boarded up, though just the surroundings was an interesting subject to photograph.
