Ill Take Items That Lock Houses For 200

I send Theeasykaybreezy someplace. He sends me someplace. As he drove around, just the day before, he was on Avenue Rd (the Extension being my fav to drive stoopid fast) and passed by this house and the fact that he could see thru & the realtor sign tipped him off. He sent me and wow. Not hard to get into thats for sure but unless you looked, you may pass right by. NO ONE LOOKED AT ME. I had a smoke and a smoke in the garage, coughed a bit, few people with their kids getting off school and walking home passed. Still no looks. The house was HEAVILY smoked in, evident from the drips and stains and general gnarlyness. Looking up the real estate advert I could confirm its for sale but they want 599,000 and it says TENNANTS OCCUPIED PROPERTY! AHAHAHAHAHA. Yeah. NOT NO MO. Too funny. Thanks to Pikaswed for pointing that out. I was just curious in the price of it. What do Realtors lock houses with?
