Have been past this place a million times and don't know how it was not already on here, but since I was working in the area last week I couldn't help but check it out. It appears to be an old farm there was a old silo in the back and the remains of a barn. The house smelt so bad that after my first visit to check for a POE I considered not going back till winter but sht or no sht I couldn't wait that long and returned the next day. The floors are missing in most of the main floor so if anyone decides to visit I would say steel toe boots should be a must as well as a mask for the more cautious explorer. The last person who lived here appeared to be Gary Grant the cabinet maker and news papers dated back to 1990. The raccoon's have had 13 years to make this place there home and that they have.

It started pouring rain the night we went to this location and out of the dozen or so pictures I managed to take only one was worth uploading - just shows you how the same sinking floor from the other galleries looked in 2015. Had this one on my list of to dos for a long time and never checked OAP to see what it was like - am wishing I did now! :P
Have driven past this many times but the grass was never long enough to warrant a stop. Always thought it was vacant but not abandoned. Good score.
when I stopped by here I wasn't wearing proper foot wear. kickin myself for not back and going all the way through the house, skeleton key doors are always a favorite of mine. nice shots DM
I remember this property had quite the warning signage at the road. Something weird too. Not the usual 'No Trespassing' stuff. Neat to see that there was indeed still stuff out back. Too hard to tell on recent Google Earth years whether it was all still back there.
yea it's about a block away from the other three across the road, since it wasn't on here I expected it to be locked up but sure enough back door was wide open when I showed up.
Yah, I thought you did Hutchinson road to death! I assumed that Kev knocked off all three of the abandonments in a row here, but now that I think about it, I'm pretty sure he got busted at the house across the street. He must have vacated the area that day and left this last one.

Could probably make this basic memeber now since it’s been demolished. Nothings left
