At the end of this isolated road in Odessa lies a standalone complex. Surrounded by barbed wire fence sits three buildings that were part of the old water treatment plant in Odessa. Spray painters have messed with a portion of the fence so gain access inside, and no one seems to have checked on it in a long time.

The first building is a garage for the Loyalist Township vehicles to park before they got the office on Main Street. The last building appears as some kind of loading bay with offices inside. Unfortunately only the lading bay doors have windows that aren't covered by wooden panels for all these buildings. There is a third building here which looks to be whee the water was processed. This is indicated by a warning sign to wear a respirator because of chlorine gas inside.

Lying abut the premises are a variety of road work building materials. Various pipes for sewage and water are strewn about, as well as numerous lampposts. One interesting thing is a lamppost that is standing up, but it has eroded and snapped at the neck, now swaying eerily with the wind.

Imagine being the first to gain POE at a place like this and walking into a room full of leaking chlorine gas.
