A classic two-storey estate mansion hidden at the back of a cornfield near Bealton. The manor has been stripped of all furniture and artifacts, but the elegance here is in the architecture and interior design. It is unsure which of the two adjoining farms owns this land. We walked the long, gated driveway in broad afternoon daylight and were not approached by the neighbour to the west, despite his attention. The neighbour to the east is well-blocked in summer by the cornfield. Interior can be accessed through the basement if the front door is secured.

Great find! While about to head out the driveway a old farmer in a red pickup truck crept by slowly then stopped up the road to see what I was up to. I casually drove off & he didn't follow.
