Former Electrome Plant 4. Most of building is empty, except for ground floor, which has a motorhome, a camper and a used goods store (not active, but still stocked). The factory was built in the 1920s. Electrohome manufactured hardwood-television cabinets there for decades. After that a manufacturer of moulded products moved in. The final company to use the building painted letters on signs and vehicles.

This place is up for sale again, for back taxes over the last 30 years grand totalling $422,000.

Just thought I would say - the first picture in my new gallery shows the sag in the floor since I was there last July. The building is literally caving in on its self. There is another shot in the gallery that shows how one of the beams has actually fallen. My prediction: it will collapse in on itself this winter if we actually get some snow (if it makes it that long).
