Dilapidated Coffee shop that had never opened, never served any of those busy commuters. This originally opened as a carribean restaurant called "Everything Tate Nice Restaurant" Classic name. This restaurant was open for a little while then had closed. It sat dormant for short duration after. A coffee shop had opened then shortly after closed. Coffee Time had opened and had closed shortly after as well. It has been sitting dormant now with remnants of a Coffee Time for a bunch of years now. Very cool stone wall in the deli section. Looks like a old style pizzeria oven. Not functional at all, just built for cosmetic and decoration. But none the less still interesting to see in a never opened Coffee shop.

As Edward mentioned, this place has been demolished a long time ago. I used to pass by here when I was younger to visit my grandparents. Always intrigued me whenever I passed by.
I saw yesterday that they demolished Coffee Time and Canada Post. It is still in progress.
