Palace Arms

Me and my buddy decided to explore this old boarded up row of houses. But only one was enterable (97 Strachan Ave). This building seems very old, however there were no signs or paper indicating how long this building has been abandoned. It clearly cant be too old, because the inside of the house was almost completley spotless when i saw it. I didnt have any problems with people walking by, however this building is at a fairly busy intersection. So explore at your own risk.
