No openings through those flimsy construction fences (and all the gaps are bolted together or tied together, it's pretty secure) so your probably going to have to hop it. Doors we're wide open somewhat late on a weekday and I didn't notice any cameras or anything. I don't think they would put cameras in a place they are about to demolish anyways. Other than that though keep in mind it is an active site.
Not going to get into the history of this building, I don't think it's really necessary. Everything was normal until the Ontario Line plan introduced itself to a handlful of buildings that required demolition in order to be built, and this buildiing ended up being one of them.
Other than that, as I mentioned earlier, it was wide open to walk in. Doors are garages were open, but only to certain parts of the building. It seems like their slowly emptying out this little strip mall, as you can see the whatever garbage placed outside in one of my photos. I only explored one little part because I was a little bit in a rush, I wasn't intending to even come to this place on this day but noticed the garage was wide open so went in for a little peak, took a few photos and then dipped. I don't plan to come back since I'm not familliar with a lot of spots in the Thorncliffe area though I'll update this album if I do. Also considering its completely empty/being emptied out, nothing really interesting to look for.
