Backyard is in close proximity to next door neighbours so if someone wants to check out the back I would do so at night time
History of Abandoned and Boarded Up Apartments
Not too sure of the history but it was used in 2020 as a filming location for Kim’s Convenience.
Drove by this place a lot over the last year finally decided to stop off and check it out. Seemed well maintained until COVID happened. There is an open window so on the top level so there might be squatters, couldn’t find a safe and non sus way in during the day. Possible to climb up onto roof above door way to get in, will update when I do so. I recommend doing it on a weekend as this area has a park next door so it has a lot of foot traffic during the week.

Yea! It’s possible to get in through the top window if you climb onto the roof above the door, I didn’t today as there was quite and few people around! Defs gonna come back on a weekend and try it
