Hazards of Laundry, Flowers, and Freezies

Based off of the area I can only assume a squatter will find the place eventually, though apart from neighbours there aren’t many hazards. The house has an ancient alarm system but it wasn’t activated when we went.

History of Laundry, Flowers, and Freezies

It seems to of been lived in by many different people, and on google maps it is the company location of Ace Concrete Cutting and Coring. It was listed for sale in 2019 and it’s had an owner as recently as 2021 who loved to maintain the gardens.

The house is clean and still has some items left behind. Old mail from 3 different people are all hidden in the top shelf of a pantry while the cupboards still have some things like tape and spare batteries left in them. The water still works, the toilet still flushes. The dryer worked on DAExplore’s rained-on sweater, though it did seem to give off a burning smell of sorts. The power is still on and outside are some gorgeous flowers. Pretty cool place.
