History of 66 Bellamy Road S
This building was built in 1956, and sold in December of 2021. This is a 3 bedroom 3 bathroom house with a garage shed and a lot of firewood in the backyard. This house is currently awaiting development.
The backyard is overgrown along with the bushes in the front. There is a lot of firewood in the backyard with an open overhang and bolted doors. The garage door opens along with the shed door broken open producing a foul smell. There are often neighbors and pedestrians walking down the road but the bushes do a decent job covering up. On a scale of 1-10 it seems as though the noise level is at around a 3. Side Note: It is also close by to the Bellamy road tot lot, really cute park 100% recommend checking out whilst there
