Very low risk building. Floor is a little warped, but does not show signs of significant decay. The only real hazards are animals, possibly raccoons? Kitchen area is riddled with raccoon prints scuffed in the dust and droppings left on the stairway.
Founded in 1900, the Port Hope Lawn Bowling Club operated continuously for close to 120 years, up until around 2018, shutting its doors permanently, due to dwindling interest in the sport and active membership.
Buried down behind the St. Paul’s Presbyterian Church, the Port Hope Lawn Bowling club has certainly seen its days. While showing little signs of significant decay, mold decorates the ceilings and bathrooms. The lawn that members once bowled on, is now overgrown with weed and plant life. The only occupants now, seem to be the raccoons.

Moved it down from level three to level two. Returned for a second explore a few months ago and found the place completely trashed. It’s a shame, place was completely untouched prior to this.
