Hazards of Efflorescence

Sharp Objects - A window was taken out by someone to gain access. Air Quality - Black Mold, Possibly asbestos. It still has most of the walls. Neighbors - YES, and The Knights Of Columbus Building next door has cameras on it. Animals & Insects - SO MANY WEBS in this, OMG. Flooding - IS POSSIBLE, with no power. Cameras - ON THE KNIGHTS OF COLUMBUS BUILDING!!

History of Efflorescence

Not too sure what the history is aside from being vacant since 2018 with a price tag of 900,000. I linked a PDF but havent read it myself to find out what was assessed there in terms of variances.

Efflorescence is a crystalline deposit of salts that can form when water is present in or on brick, concrete, stone, stucco or other building surfaces. It has a white or greyish tint and consists of salt deposits that remain on the surface after water evaporates”
Definition Source (with what to do about efflorescence in YOUR HOME LOL)

Fired at me quite a while ago (a few months at least, I could have shot with no snow) and I just went at it.

It is boarded. In winter 2020 it was NOT boarded. DAMN. It is very similar to what the “K-Town Classics” look like. But the odd thing about this one, is there is NO SECOND FLOOR. It seems as if there used to maybe be a room, or an attic access (other than the roof where the basement stairs go up) or at least stairs up at ONE point. The one bedroom has the first step, and the landing that leads tot he second step, then wall and it is a closet. The wall was taken out to see if stairs hide behind. (TBH I cant REALLY blame that curiosity, as I would have debated it, and may have done it myslef LOL)

A main level and a basement COATED IN Efflorescence (walls). I have seen the Efflorescence but this was the first place I didnt really avoid the stuff and learned it is not QUITE mold, and it is not like much else. Quite distinctive. And now you know what it is too

Some PDF Real Estate listing. Does not seem legit, but MUST be.
City Of Kitchener Variance Application Assessment? (Havent read it fully)

Because "Good." is the standard reply to Pikaswed420 , the most unoriginal person I've ever met, taking what I have done and repeating it like it's cool, or that she is original. Another user said it here too, she's a fuckin leech that would be nothing on this site were it not for me. One less place she can try to go, cause she bearly finds anything herself. Leeches. All around.

Would you give me a moment while I report myself to the website admins? Thanx
