I doubt it has power based on your flashlight. And if there ARE SENSORS, you would have been screamed at when you were inside. As for asbestos, its quite possible as SO MANY places have it in some form or another.

BUT THINK, no power so where do sensors lead to? Ive come across ACTIVE sensors, that I have tripped, and they dont have a panel to lead to or what else. I have no doubt they are there, But from the shape of the house, it looks like no power. So take photos, but think about all the factors too. If the alarm screams at you, RUN. But otherwise, it looks perfectly fine. No one is protecting that house with the shape its in...

Night still wont help in some cases. Be careful.
Its sometimes riskier to go at night. If it belongs to someone they charge you with heavier stuff if you get caught around a house at night between certain times. This place especially sounds like its being watched if the sensors still work.
