Built in 1962, The Regal Constellation Hotel consisted of two 15 floor towers, 6 storey atrium, a Chinese restaurant and 90,000 square feet of convention space.

Once a popular hotel and convention venue, the hotel is no longer operating due to declining business and other setbacks, culminating with the SARS crisis. It's currently in partial demo mode but there are still some amazing sights within.

Stayed there at end of February 2001, what a beautiful place. loved the pool, where you could swim inside, go under water and end up outside, in winter. The following year, we went to Cancun, February 2002, and stayed there again the night before and after our trip. When we got back in Canada after the trip, the shuttle bus refused our bus pass from the Constellation Inn, saying they went bankru

Wow...stayed there a couple of times and went to a couple of conventions there. I remember hearing someone bought the hotel but due to missmanagement and lack of funding couldn't fix it up. And here it stands
