Houses Mashed

So there are 3 houses in a row. All vacant. But they all have power...and at least 2 of 3 have water. After some personal legwork, now only 1 has water. But how? And is it REALLY vacant? These are some questions I may never TRULY know the answers to....And I probably dont want to.

Now, this is a story all about how, my ALBUM got flipped, turned upside down and I liked to take a min, just sit right there and Ill tell you how I ran away as quick as I could....

And there I was. I had found a POE. I had shot most the place. Its one of the WW2 block houses like the water leak place and the short lived time capsule next door, however, this one has an addition the size of another house on the back. It seems this one was once a business, and it appeared to have a few apartments inside. One side (addition) has water damage and is moldyish. It was taped off to stop the spread and whatnot. The other side is mostly thrashed. When I took Motleykiwi to the water leak house when it was an absolute deathtrap, the curiosity for this place peaked and I shot the Property Standards notice on the front door. Fix the bathroom shink so its in proper working order. Fix the railing and banister on the stairs so that it functions as designed.....ect. Picture of the notice will be in the album.

It has power and probably water but I didnt really check. I had watched it for time (at least 2 months longer than I had the other 2 here) and I had never seen nothing. The same lights stay on. Many cars that park there go to the business next door. It seemed dead. It seemed prime.I was at the back of the addition after the album had been mostly shot on the infiltration day and then I hear it, THE FRONT DOOR OPENS! FUCK, and I scramble to get my tripod in the backpack and then I heard the voices. They were staying to the lower floor. 2 men and a woman. I hear them start to talk about induction cooking appliances (WTF SO RANDOM) and then I found the back door and cut. I hadnt finished my album. Do people live here? The By-Law man told me someone lived in the water leak house, and he told my mom that they are in court with the owner of the places but that he has given a fake address to the City. So how can someone live here and WHO are they paying if they are? THESE are the questions that keep me up at night.

I walked around via the sidewalk and then I saw a Nissan Sentra (I believe) in the driveway and a stocky shorter man who was bald IIRC, and older gentleman, and to put it bluntly, what looked to be a crackhead (female) out on the front smoking a cigarette. I stop on the sidewalk and roll a joint and then the bald man calls me out and asks me if Im taking a bus. I reply well, not yet. I turn and Im at a bus stop and the bus has stopped. I wave it on and then the man takes an interest in my rolling, confirming that its just a joint and I tell him that it is indeed just pot and he tells me to "Party On!". Finish the rolling. Light the joint, grab buddys attention after I take a haul and I shout...

PARTY ON!

OCT 2021 - Ive been told that this, along with its 2 neighbors, all have been boarded. Lowering to LV4 until I can confirm this myself.
