A unique style of housing for the area - a series of "Row Houses" were built on Scott Street in the early 1930's.
The homes were vacated around 2008 and the lot was set to be redeveloped but plans stalled - leaving the row houses and several other buildings in the vicinity sitting abandoned for a couple years.

The Row Houses were eventually torn down in 2015

As of 2021 the redevelopment still has yet to start.
