An Aud Haus By The Odd

I feel like TIIIIIME ago Theeasykaybreezy told me this was up to have a look at. And I put it off, and put it off (even knowing it had windows and not boards) until ANOTHER member, MacabreKiss, asked me about it and how she had been watching it for a bit as well. So I stopped putting it off.

This house is quite nicely finished, not including the living room where parts of ceiling trim have been savagely and rudimentarally hacked off. There is a small amount of copper missing. This place has one board as of my visit, and the air quality is mint. The smoke alarm is dying too. BEEPBEEP.........BEEPBEEP.

There is a sign on the lawn stating a demolition permit has been approved. There is another sign (pictured) about a meeting with council about the future(?) of this property, and the empty lot next to it. Another building it seems. A shame to see the house go eventually tbh, but this place does always need more housing.

Look out for neighbours.

MID MARCH 2021 - Im updating this to demolished. Last I saw (on a friday) the trees and bushes were cleared from the lot, so this house was on numbered hours really. 3/21/2020 and if its not there still, its demolished.

CONFIRMED TOTALLY GONE.
