Brown Bathroom Backsplit

This retro style Backsplit was originally built in 1959. it sits in a large residential neighborhood where it is common to purchase older homes and have them demolished and rebuild something bigger.

this house has been sitting abandoned/vacant since 2016. it is owned by a builder/investor. and it will eventually be demolished.

it underwent renovations in 1978. and hasn't been changed since. the bathroom upstairs was quite interesting, along with the large fireplace in the living room. the kitchen was also quite cool, with it's 70's Mediterranean styling.

another of literally 1000's of vacant homes in the big city, awaiting demolition.

the neighbors keep a very close eye on this house, as i have been confronted both times i have visited.
