That House Next Door To Preston Springs

When I was in high school, I remember there was an artist living in this house but I had never seen anything She had made and couldnt turn anything up on the google machine when I looked her name up back in the winter. I went to this place a number of times. Some myself, some with Pikaswed420, although he wasnt a fan of the top floor. It was pretty soft. There was a hell of a kitchen fire because the kitchen is COOKED. Super musty, mass amounts of mold and fungal growth. This is one nature is taking back. From the steps on the side of That House 2 Doors Down From Preston Springs, I observed a hole in the roof. Its bad, and far beyond saving as soon as the fire happened. Must have been long ago. This is another piece owned by Haastown, creating a row of 3 including the hotel. TheEasyKayBreezy told me that a few years back he saw some people leaving this place and that it seemed occupied, but I didnt live here for a decent chunk of time so I not quite sure. Its empty nao however.

Jan 2021 - With the demolition of Preston Springs next door, this buildings fate is sealed. Imminent demolition.

Late Jan 2021- This caught fire. Its now a TWICE fire vicitim to my knowledge. I wasnt sure it could get worse, but it proved me wrong. MY GOD. I wish I wouldna had the courage to get to that half-moon window while the hotel was still standing as it would have been something.
