Rentally Challenged

A classic Ontario Cottage style house with a garage, a barn and another two outbuildings, This house is divided for two rentals; main floor and upstairs. Finding the stairs up gave me fits until I realised it was accessed from only, the front door. I think I opened every closet door looking for it. All open and no mold. Locks still locked on the latches ripped off by someone. It appears the tenants shared the basement with each with their own way down. It looks like a recent departure with mainly kids stuff left. The garage off the house looked to have heat to it. This was a Mobileworks and Mobileworks Sr. find. We both saw it at the same time. The large narrow door upstairs is open with no screen, in the country, in summer, so pretty much a dead give-away. The barn, outbuildings and basement unexplored for now. Seen partly by house across and down. It doesn't look like the owner comes around much. Two stupid birds couldn't find the open door they came in and you'll find them upstairs. These small birds probably died within a week. There was some very rusty water here and it may change your skin or hair colour after a while.
