A small shipping centre on the outskirts of Kingston that been closed since at least 2009. The ground all around it has been dug up for a new construction and it's likely slated for demo. Inside the entire floor was covered in black soot-like stuff that was very difficult to remove from clothing and skin. There were also some offices and a bathroom which included a shower for some reason.
