Found this strange location last week. There are signs at the end of the driveway, and on the doors stating it is a "Radiofrequency Energy Area". All of the main floor windows have been bricked over, and all doors were replaced with heavy steel. It appears that there is still power to the building, but Google street view shows that it was already abandoned in September 2011. The doors also state that the building is alarmed, but I assume that is just a decoy. There are several ducts coming out of the house, that make it appear like it is full of furnaces? Any idea on what could be happening inside this mystery location?

This would seem to be the former antenna farm site for CKPT 1420 AM. The station converted to FM in 2008. The four tower array here was brought down 2 June, 2008. The cinder block attachment probably contains a backup generator. Google seems to show a bunch of white blocks which may be the concrete anchor for guy wires.
My guess would be that it is one of those "hydro homes", camouflaged electric substations that you see around the GTA, but that looks a little out of the way.
