Elora Ruins House

A little stone house next to the Little Folks Furniture Factory location in Elora. And across the river from The Elora Mill Inn, which is currently closed and undergoing plans for a facelift. The home was occupied last summer and it looks like they left sometime this past winter. I'm guessing the folks sold out to the development company that has big plans for this block. There are plans for some low rise condos, hotels and merchants, as well as a new skybridge, to attract more tourism. I believe they're also restoring the Little Folks building as well. The house is deteriorating rapidly as there's already plenty of mold and peeling paint. There is yellow gas line marker flags on the property, so I suspect the house won't be around for very long.

And I picked up a five dollar bill and 35 cents in the shed. Paid for my ice capp :)
