I don't know much about these buildings but I imagine that they are scheduled for demolition soon. there's three buildings of interest within this little parking lot. One appartment, one store and one house. Another house appears to have some habitation but is very run down and may also be abandoned.

The apartment complex is very well boarded up but a crafty person could climb in the open/uninhibited windows many of which still seem to have curtains and other features inside. It is rather small but still seems like it would be interesting.

The store, a signage store facing napean street appears to be very run down. Access to the basement appears blocked by garbage and all outside doors are locked. Access to the old fire escape door however seems possible, again for someone more crafty, and a ladder may even be available for a short time as of 05/26/2014 beside the house that's next on the list.

The house is a pretty standard house. I looks as though it could be lived in now with some repair. In fact there appears to currently be a resident based on the recently slept in mattress in the living room. I did not thoroughly explore this building but if you do watch out for squatters. when I was there I did see a ladder beside this building which may be usefull for getting into the store or apartment building.

There's allot of people who will see you around these buildings but it seems like nobody cares.

returned to visit this spot again today, but they had fresh boards over it, rendering it no longer accessible.
