also the first lines of the description state the mall is OPEN with full time security
im not even quite sure how to answer that one as if you go its easily discernible that its a city building whether or not its open depends on time and day

City does not own this and it is not publicly accessible. The mall is now all Conestoga College and it is private property. You can't even access the payphone that used to be in here. Pikaswed420 is entirely incorrect, and you are not able to access this to explore now. Great way to get arrested.
The lower floor has a Service Canada and some other stores, but it's a tiny area. Everything photographed here is not accessible (and lower floor was under renovation at the time, so it's not photgraphed).
Your better off finding something MUCH more interesting.....

well considering i was in there not long ago and people go in to use the washrooms all the time i beg to differ they dont lock the main mall and ive walked in plenty of times so idk where you got the idea its fully closed as its not some areas are yes b uh t not the entire mall
