Drove by last Wednesday and all buy one of the motel doors had been opened. Drove by again Friday and they were all shut.

I'm sure it's easy to get in to, I'm just worried about squatters. Anyone been in since January?

Anyone know what's up with the house on the lot? Drove by yesterday, some old dude on a 4x4 said he lived there. I think he might be squatting. Any thoughts?

I'd have bought this house if I knew about it, even if it required a complete tear down and rebuild, but the location is deadly.

Someone lost a huge chunk of change off this property! It sold to a company on Sept 22, 2011 for half of what it sold for in 2010. It'll get turned in to a big home soon enough :(
