I was there for quite a few races.. I miss the place. Ken was a good guy. Sad to see.

This track was purchased in 2014 by local Ken Hill from Six Nations. It reopened in Summer of '17 under the new name Jukasa Speedway. It had two good seasons between, '17 and '18, but COVID forced it to miss the seasons for '19 and '21, and not being able to make up for the lost revenue, closed once again in 2021. It's worth noting that that Ken Hill also died that year, so it's assumed much of the track's vision and drive was lost with him.

Property is being developed and presumably occupied

Closed off completely as fellow user said below. Building is completely sealed off with a security car that tried to follow us as soon as we got close. There seem to be a few more buildings behind it, though, and might be worth a shot if going behind via foot.

House is easy to get in via an open window around the side. The garage itself is sealed but a POE exists through a hole in the top of the wall, reachable via climbing an old cinderblock wall (be careful) House is absolutely wrecked, not much inside besides old kitchen appliances and shattered glass. Would not recommend more than 1 person at a time in rooms upstairs. Full of mold and dust so a mask is recommended.

Wow! I've been in the adjacent house several times but never the garage. How did you get in?

while yeah i'd definitely say the rot and interior is definitely 'bad,' i'd consider the amount of greenery that's taken over the lot quite beautiful.
