This looks to be a more recent abandonment as many of the windows are still intact and not boarded up. This house is also part of the plans to build subdivisions in Whitevale and will likely be demolished unless it is historically significant.
This house is owned by Infrastructure Ontario and is slated for demolition. As of October 2013, this home is being evaluated as a candidate for being considered a heritage home which may save this little farm house.
