That's what the sign said, "Danger, weak floor, 9 feet of water in the basement, You will drown". Bungalow in the middle of an old neighbourhood. Neighbours all around, but it's on a quiet street with an easy approach, covered by trees. There is a similar house directly across the street, but there is no cover so the approach is a little more difficult. I'll leave that one for the more adventurous among you.

Tread lightly at this one - being constantly watched; had a lady approach us when we were taking pictures and asked us politely to leave.

What do you mean... you ARE the more adventurous among us! Lots of nice peelie shots in this place; I particularly like your kitchen pics. What a classic warning sign. At least it cuts right to the chase.
