This was once Stelco Fastener Works. Currently it is being demolished & will be redeveloped into mixed use. The property owners also own "Row Houses" next door & those too will be a part of the redevelopment. I'll dig up more history shortly. There are active houses near the back of the property but I had no issues whatsoever. Not a lot left but there still are some cool features such as the Toledo Scale.
