An old apartment building that sat empty for a number of years after it was gutted for renos. Renos have recently kicked into full swing and although I haven't checked it out since these photos were taken, I would guess that they are almost finished.
These photos were taken back on March 21, 2013.
NOTE: Not a current location for exploration due to the near-completion of renos.

Still a bunch of boards in the windows, exterior crumbling away in parts, sadly no entry.
