There was a note taped on the side door of the house in the verandah offering to rent or buy the place. I couldn't tell how old the note was, but certainly Shirley won't be interested in this house now.

It looks as though Marcel Tschudi, owner of Unitec Electrical, has purchased permits for septic and plumbing. The PDF is included in the address box.

Rather than create a new category for Mitchell this should just go under West Perth. Good find..
