Sun Luck Gardens

This building has been abandoned as long as I can remember, about 18 years. I know at one point it re opened for a very short period of time then closed again. It was condemned. Originally it functioned as the Chinese Restaurant Sun Luck Gardens. The man who owned it, named Mike Tom, lived above the restaurant for a long time with his wife even after the restaurant closed. My mother who worked for the man years ago told me a lot of privy information about him and the business but we won't go into that. I will however say that even when the place operated as a restaurant it was just as gross as it is now.
