Prominent abandonment in Welland with an interior absolutely destroyed by vandalism. Almost every inch of this place has some kind of tagging. Having sat for years right beside an elementary school yard there is likely no point making this FM. Every kid in the entire area probably spends grade 7 & 8 staring through the fence at the scary white house next door. And as soon as they have the teenage freedom to get out on their own, it seems they end up here at some point. Despite constant attempts to keep this place tightly boarded, POEs open and close here more frequently than _________'s legs (fill in your own blank).
EDIT NOTE: After reconsidering the fact that this place is still listed for sale, better keep this FM for the website's sake. What a pity... the sellers probably could have achieved the desired price, if not for the total destruction inside.

In retrospect, have someone stay in it til it's sold or for this value hire a security firm and price for quick sale.
Maybe I'm overly confident knowing tetanus shots are good for 10 years! I must say though, I stopped at 4 previously locked-down locations on this day, and all 4 were wide open - a great reminder, like you say, to always return and check again.
Kev, when I walked away from this place content with the photos, I thought about that windy night and KNEW you were going to say something like that :) !
Nice getting in gs, can cross this one off the list now! Patience.....sometimes that's all it takes. Good think you got that Tetanus shot from the looks of the floors ;)
Can you imagine just how nice this place would have been without all the entertainment. Its still a nice house and something I would certainly like to visit. Nice job GS.

After a long and fruitful life of abandonment exploration, this entire property has been flattened.
