Eldorado Park Home

Well the day had come for this home. I went through the area looking for it just over a week ago, was hoping I just had the wrong location but nope. It has officially been DEMOLISHED. There are 2 big deep holes in the ground near each other. One of which I can only assume was the foundation hole from this house. And one for what ever building was beside/behind it. All the construction equipment was probably tearing down the large building directly behind it. It's now an empty field with surveyor markers all over it.

Very nice. Spied this one last summer, but there were so many construction vehicles around, it was hard to tell if it was empty or not. Good to see someone make the find.

Quite intriguing of a place with the cranked-open windows. The fact that they've been left open for the winter might mean that this place is a completely forgotten abandonment, despite the great condition.

Surprised there's any abandonments in there at all.. its so nice in there. Same with Churchville. Nothing ever sits empty in there for long, its such a prime area.

Wow, like you said, a good cleanup and a bit of reno, this house would be a jewel. Nice find.
