Sugar Shack

I drive by this place a lot but have never had time to stop and look, now I will have too.

In picture #9, is that an old horseshoe that's been embedded in the concrete block to help lift and position it? If so it's an interesting re-use of old material.

Well when I looked in and saw the old stove and all the supplies, I figured best take some pictures places in this condition don't last long. Interesting to note the shack was used for so long there is even an extra set of doors beside the stove, that were replaced, split in half from the constant heat of the fire. (There is a Picture)

There's a sugar shack just off my parents property in Tiny, I used to play in it as a child....it's barely standing now. This took me down a trip on memory lane :)
