This was a large collection of abandoned boats on an old hamburger restaurants property to the northbound side of Hwy 11 and Line 8, the property was, or still is, owned by a man nicknamed Junkyard Ray.

The pictures I took are from 2010 when all the junk was there, if you do a Google street view it shows the way the yard looked; even brandishing signs of alarm warnings for walking on the property.

However seeing as how the property is not zoned for a wrecking yard, in 2011 the city of Orillia and Oro Medonte ruled it was a mess and ordered it be cleaned, now, the restaurant still remains as it was the original allotted structure but the entire property has been tidied up...

Although to this day the building is still abandoned demanding pictures, it is just a lot less interesting without all the debris. When I was there in 2010 the building was locked with no POE that I noticed, hence no pictures of the structure and I later learned the house right next door has no connection to the property and may very well have been the reason for the cleanup complaint to the township. I was worried that they may actually be monitoring alarms of some sort.
