Homeless Heaven

I found this house on Coleraine on Friday, it is literally right across the street from the location titled 'Cold Rain'. While going up the driveway to this house I got extremely excited when I saw how much was really on this property. There's a house, 2 barns, a shed, a garden, and 2 massive storage areas that look almost brand new. The 2 barns have pretty much almost fallen down and the shed was extremely hard to get into. I attempted to open the first storage unit and failed, but when I tried the second one, I was able to squeeze in through the amount that it opened. Upon entering the house, my crew and I came to the conclusion that someone (most likely a homeless female) is still living in the house. There was a line hung up with clothes on it, and books lying around. We found one bedroom in particular that had a bunch of blankets and mattresses in it, with no traces of dust. There were a bunch of old things that were piled on top of one another so that there was access to the attic. We also found bloody paw prints around the house of what looks to be from a raccoon, and judging by the smell of the kitchen, that's where it's body was. The smell was too strong to check. It was quite an interesting experience, and I'm still looking for more information on the house it's self, but it's been hard to find so far.

UPDATE: I still couldn't find any information on the house itself, but I got information on the person who owns the beautiful car inside the storage unit. My police officer friend refused to give me a name, but it belonged to a 52 year old woman, and the plate expired in 2009. Maybe she's the one still in the house..?!

This house was previously rented by a man named Dave. Dave used to sell car parts from this location. He died of a heart attack about 8 years ago. It is believed the owner uses the sheds for storage until the property is sold.
