An attractive old house in the middle of the commercial strip. Left-overs inside indicate that the previous tenant was an owner or manager of G.T.R. Gentlemen's Club located at 372 Gilmore Road. Posters, a box full of 40 letters addressed to every limousine company in the phone book, and a clipboard featuring a hand-written weekly schedule of strippers were unique and included in the gallery.
The town of Fort Erie attempted to give this home Heritage Status but the bid was actually rejected by the owner. An excerpt from the council meeting reads:
"Staff anticipated the objection from the owner of 767 Garrison Road. In report CDS-05-11 regarding this site, staff stated “This building is in poor condition and the site was intended to be developed for commercial purposes through the new Official Plan, but the development of the site has been hindered by some wetlands that traverse the property to the rear of the building. Council should consider the development intent of the property, poor condition of the building and possible comments of the property owner prior to deciding whether to add this site to the registry.”

Friends of mine were the last occupants of this house in the early 2000's, house use to have a beautiful front porch on it, also if you take the little trail through the bushes out back it will take you to a dirt bike track they made, spent lots of time here sad the place deteriorated so fast and was bulldozed.
