An old Orchard farm that I acutally remember visiting back in grade 1 with my class. Not sure when it was abandoned, but I just noticed it boarded up this year. Whoever was living in it must have been a heavy smoker though, at least thats the impression I get looking at the marks left behind on the walls.
P.S I took these pics at night with flash so they aren't the best looking, but they are clear!

It takes a special explorer to check out an abandoned house at night, I'd say. good eye.
Too bad, that was a neat old property & orchard. Probably just end up as a big rectangular warehouse.
House still there. Barns are gone and only the trailer is there. Excavators are gone.
Drove by there on the 23rd of May, excavator on site & the steel barn with "City Orchards" painted on it has been demolished.
construction workers were unloading heavy equipment as I drove past. It looks like demolition will be starting very soon.
There's so many around now everywhere. I had to stop on a dirt road last week to let a bunch cross. One turned towards me and spread his tail feathers, I didn't get my camera ready in time to capture it. Deer too. Don't take your eyes off the road at night.
I saw a rafter (I had to look that up) of turkeys on this property a couple of weeks back.
Hah the bird looks almost like something out of Donnie Darko. Cool bathroom sink shot.
wow, great find guys!! I'll be visiting soon for sure! Thanks for sharing
That little birds nest decoration thing is...interesting! Not sure I'd want it hanging on my walls! But great find and nice set.

I prefer going at night! It adds an element to the exploration that can only be achieved with darkness! However, the pictures obviously suffer as the trade off..
