Location # 4215

The East side of Heritage Rd. has been taken over by developers. There are a number of properties that are vacant, there are a number of signs posted saying 'Townhouses and subdivisions, and parks' are planned here. Ive checked out 3 locations along this road, this is the first one I am posting. It's called 'Kingshott Farm' as the sign says out front. There are 3 abandoned houses out by the street, and another further up the driveway with greenhouses and barns surrounding it. I only ventured into the house and greenhouse further off the road as all the properties on the West side of Heritage Rd. are still very active. I've been driving up and down this road for several weeks, checking it out, I've seen surveying crews on this and other properties. There are also service vehicles coming and going and some construction equipment around, so be careful.

**** UPDATE ****

Heavy machinery on site. One of the buildings is showing signs of demolition.

********RE- UPDATE ****

Sorry to say this place has met it's match. Nothing left but dust in the wind, an empty field. ;(

This is sickening all these nice homes being destroyed in name of progress. Brampton is losing it's heritage, and city council, and municipality of peel doesn't care. What a shame. Soon there will be no fields or farms anywhere around there.

seems like the houses aren't in that bad of condition...are they just demolishing them for the development or is there actually something wrong with all these houses?
