Not sure how this pharmacy trolley got here, or how old it is. Anyone know what these things were used for, or during what time period they were around?

The trolley is in the middle of a small forested area.

The pharmacy company looks like "Drug Trading Company," which I believe is currently part of the Guardian/IDA/Rexall family of drug stores.

Looks like a past owner of the property may have bought the van, might have taken the body off, dumped it in the woods and used the truck chassis for something else.

Visited this last winter on December 13th, 2020 and I have some pictures but am not yet allowed to post. Was a really unusual sight to say the least.

2020 and this site still going strong. I love the history! A prior post mentioned the cart was owned by the drug trading company. Dug deeper, belonged to a Markham division of "Katz group", referred to as "Drug Trading Company", which was bought out by McKesson (IDA, Guardian, Etc) in 1997. The Drug company ran 1896-2002, McKesson changed the name in 2002. Very interesting stuff, I love it. Don't know how it ended up there rotting away all these years but I'm happy it's still there.

The trolley can easily be seen from the road. I am unsure as to why more people haven't visited it. It's quite a unique find.

This is a delivery truck van body, in first photo truck's frame is visible. Going to take a guess at 50's/60's vintage - it's been sitting there a long time! Good find - I like old trucks.
