Very ragged old farmhouse. I have been watching this place with interest for the last couple of years. I cannot believe it was actually lived in up until a few months ago. My exploration showed a house that appears to have been abandoned for a few years, but in reality, it had tenants as recently as the summer of 2011. A calendar in the bathroom also shows 2011.
According to the Canadian Country Atlas, this land was owned by Ira Clark, and I have to believe this was the original farmhouse. The barn shown on topo maps is long gone, only an empty garden shed remains behind the house. This place has not been violated yet by vandals or animals, remains in fairly decent condition, but shows its age.

Timo, this property is owned by the garden center just down the road. Speaking with one of my co-worker who's Father-in-law lived in that house till this past summer when some of the hydro poles and wires behind the house came down, the cost to replace the poles is very high being that it's on private property and not owned/maintained by the hydro company, I was also told about a massive bee-h
