Demolished House in Grey Highlands, Ontario, Canada

Location # 3450

Not 100% sure this is totally vacant, however there is no hydro meter. Looks more like a summer residence now or even recently abandoned. Memories of 2 years ago there were cars parked in the driveway. The barn seems to have been set up as a logging operation and the mill at the water fall is long gone. Beautifull property with lots of potential.

The house is locked up tight and there are belongings in it. For that reason, no inside shots were taken.

This property is now demolished :( Broke my heart to see it gone.

A bizarre interior layout with 6 small bedrooms and short/narrow interior corridors. After leaving, an OPP cruiser caught up with me about a km down the road and follow me for a couple of kms before turning off. Probably on the locals watch list as a pick up truck stopped and waited for about a minute before driving off again. The old barn across the falls is now fully collapsed.

This is a duplicate of PM Location #3450. Also, it is called Webwood falls and the property was donated to the Bruce Trail Conservancy by James Horwood in memory of his parents Edith Webster and Eric Horwood. People have been hiking on this little known property for years.

This property was donated to the Bruce Trail by Horwood Family. I was there a few weeks ago and ran into some people who had been hiking on the property for many years referring to it as their "happy place" I took a bunch of pics that I would like to get up here one of these days.
