Fireplace Villa

Stumbled upon this long driveway and wondered what was at the end. I was surprised to find a fabulous abandoned farm with a huge house.
The barns are full of belongings, old clothes, furniture, games, you name it.
The house is the real treat here, with a huge central fireplace and a Spanish type of wall surrounding the villa. The kitchen is huge and in its day must have been quite a sight to see. The house is still sturdy and well built, however vandals have destroyed everything. Broken glass is everywhere, inside and out. Looks like quite a party place for the local youth.
Seems to have been abandoned for several years. Unfortunately I don(a)t know anything of the history.
I thought I heard voices upon approaching the barn, but looking around saw no one. Went about my business checking out the house, and afterwards heard hammering coming from the area of the barn. Didn(a)t see anyone, and the long driveway is blocked by large stones, so entrance is on foot or two wheels.
This must have been a beautiful place in its day. Even has a small pond in front and you can see all the way to Cook Bay from the top of the hill. Great view.
