A simple little 1-room portable shack abandoned in the woods. This one is filled with piles of old magazines and newspapers from the 60s and 70s. TV Guide, Chatelaine, and a few others are present and in surprisingly good condition, all bundled in individual stacks and tied with cord. Entry can be made via screen door, which was unlocked.
There is no parking access at this location and pulling along the shoulder of Highway 3 can be quite dangerous. Suggested parking is on Wilson Rd. just slightly to the east of this location. If visiting during dry weather, you will find that the ditch on the north side of Highway 3 is so deep that you can actually walk at the bottom of it toward the shack and not even be seen by traffic.
This location shows up on Google Streetview. However, the area is much more overgrown now than when photographed for Streetview.

Well you did find this place before me . Did you know that every bundle of these papers has every weekly issue in them all in order one by one . I think that's amazing !! That took a lot of time and patience doing this .I have to tip my hat off to who ever did this.

Nice to see this place again. I visited it long before I was really into exploration photography (hence 4 photos). I had placed a geocache here and got in shit by their corporation for violating private property laws. The geocache is still there in the rafters. I never did go retrieve it.
